Orthotics

Opcare Ireland works in partnership with the National Rehabilitation Hospital & HSE to deliver a complete range of Orthotic Services through multiple centres located throughout Ireland.

We seek to offer the most appropriate solution to match the patient’s specific needs and a growing number of patients with complex, short- or long-term conditions and rehabilitative needs rely on the services we offer to enhance their mobility and improve their quality of life.

Our Orthotists provide care for anyone requiring a device (orthosis) to support or control part of the body, and utilise the latest technology to assist in the prescription of knee or back braces, orthopaedic footwear, insoles, and other support devices.  They often work together with our own Technicians and Administrators and other experienced clinicians within the HSE such as orthopaedic consultants and can form part of a multi-disciplinary team looking after the sometimes-complex needs of the patient.
